SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Right and left subclavian arteries are cannulated. Closed contour is created between the cannulas by connecting the cannulae with each other by means of a tee, the free port of which is connected to the arterial main line of the cardiopulmonary bypass (CB) for use in the aortic arch intervention stage. During correction of brachiocephalic trunk, cannula leading to CB is clamped. Included in the shunt makes it possible to use a shunt as the arterial main line CB at the stage of correction of aortic arch pathology.

EFFECT: method enables preserving blood flow along the right common carotid artery in the cerebrum direction without using CB when blocking blood flow in the brachiocephalic trunk.
