FIELD: medicine, cardiovascular surgery in particular.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to cardiovascular surgery. Performed is a common-subclavian bypass on the right using a linear vascular prosthesis 8-10 mm. Then a T-shaped anastomosis is formed between the common-subclavian shunt with an additional 8-10 mm vascular prosthesis, in which the arterial line of the cardiopulmonary bypass device is installed. The method makes it possible to simplify the surgical reconstruction of the thoracic aorta in patients with aberrant subclavian artery, reduce the time of cardiopulmonary bypass and the time of the entire operation, as well as provide artificial blood circulation with an estimated volumetric perfusion rate and unilateral perfusion protection of the brain during circulatory arrest while performing operations on the thoracic aorta in patients with aberrant subclavian artery without using technically complex intraoperative solutions.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify the surgical reconstruction of the thoracic aorta in patients with aberrant subclavian artery, reduce the time of cardiopulmonary bypass and the time of the entire operation.
