SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery and cardioanesthesiology. Artificial blood circulation and unilateral perfusion of the brain are performed through the brachiocephalic trunk, the line of which is connected to the main pump, and antegrade distal perfusion of the body is performed through an additional arterial line connected to the Foley catheter. In this case, the specified catheter is inserted into the descending aorta immediately before the formation of the distal aortic anastomosis. Then the arterial line is installed in a separate additional pump, synchronized with the main pump in a mode in which the additional pump stops when the main pump stops, and the flow through the additional pump is not equal to and does not exceed the flow through the main pump.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to avoid circulatory arrest due to the use of antegrade cerebral perfusion through the brachiocephalic trunk and antegrade distal body perfusion, to ensure the prevention of visceral cerebral ischemia and ischemia of the lower extremities, to reduce the number of early postoperative complications from the brain, internal organs and lower extremities.
