FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Method for direct heating of gas flow by open flame is characterized by burning a flame of air pre-mixed with air in a trough-shaped casing, burner is connected to trough-shaped housing with possibility of removal and replacement, prior to combustion, fuel and air are mixed in the burner nozzle to form a combustible mixture and discharged into the trough-shaped body empty with burner elements into the combustion zone, where the flame burns without the need to supply additional oxygen from the stream. Hollow case has a streamlined elongated shape, close to the parallelepiped, with a flange, in which there is a hole with a connecting pipe for the burner nozzle discharge into the combustion zone.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of volume of emissions and completeness of fuel combustion, prevention of flame failure from burner nozzle by process flow.
