SUBSTANCE: disclosed are knitted fabrics having ceramic strands, heat-shielding elements made from them, and methods for their creation. Invention also discloses methods of making heat protection using multiple materials, which can be simultaneously twisted. Providing unrivaled possibility of knitting ceramic fibers used in high temperature conditions, simultaneously with unloading device to facilitate the knitting process, such as inorganic or organic material (for example, metal alloy or polymer), both by small diameter wires in created weave, and large diameter wires, which provides structural support and possibility of creating workpieces having a shape close to mesh, with the speed of industrial production. Besides, at the same time ceramic insulation can be made as an integral part for provision of increased heat protection.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of making heat protection made by knitting from a multiple of materials.
