SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, dermatovenereology and immunology and can be used for treating urogenital candidiasis. That is ensured by irrigating the vaginal, cervical and vulva areas with ultrasound with 0.9 % sodium chloride at 37 °C, amplitude of acoustic oscillations – 25 mcm, frequency of acoustic oscillations – 29 kHz, exposure time 5 minutes. After that, for 5 minutes non-coherent monochromatic light is exposed in range of 450±10 nm at radiation power of 50–100 mW with irradiation dose in one procedure -3 J/cm². Light is directed by means of a light-guide nozzle on the mucous membranes of vagina, cervix and vulva.

EFFECT: method provides effective treatment by cleaning tissues of protein debris, suppression of opportunistic microflora, improved rheological state of mucous membranes, stimulation of physiological processes of regeneration at normalization of functional metabolic status indicators of neutrophilic granulocytes of vaginal secretion, reduction of Schiff base values and normalization of free-radical oxidation processes in vaginal secretion.
