FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for prevention of antimicrobial protection disorders in patients operated on for curvature of nasal septum using ultrasonic cavitation and photochromotherapy. In 24 hours after the surgical intervention, after removing the tampons, the nasal cavity is irrigated with ultrasound with 0.9 % sodium chloride for 5 minutes with successive exposure to monochromatic non-polarized light for 5 minutes by administering the light guide nasal mucous membrane once day for 5 days. Physiological solution for irrigation of mucous membranes of the nasal cavity is first exposed to ultrasound with amplitude of acoustic oscillations of 40 mcm with frequency of acoustic ultrasonic vibrations of 29 kHz. Act on the mucosa of the nasal cavity with light in range of 450 ± 10nm at a density of irradiation dose per procedure 3 J/cm2 noncontact arranged LED array with respect to the irradiated surface with a power density of 50 mW/cm2.
EFFECT: method provides normalizing the antimicrobial protection factors of the nasal mucosa due to the combined ultrasound cavitation and photochromotherapy combined with nasal mucosa.
