FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in systems for ventilation of crankcase of internal combustion engines with supercharging. Engine crankcase system (100) comprises engine (10), compressor (94), compressor bypass channel (65), ejector (22), engine casing (144), crankcase pressure sensor (126), suction path (69), (82), ejector bypass channel (83), electronically controlled valve (280), gas turbine (92), bypass tube (90), supercharging pressure controller (98) and controller (12) with machine-readable instructions stored in long-term memory. Compressor (94) is installed in engine inlet channel (41). Bypass channel (65) of compressor is installed parallel to compressor (94) for passage of compressed air from area downstream relative to compressor (94) to inlet of compressor (94). Ejector (22) is installed in bypass channel (65) of compressor and has suction hole. Pressure sensor (126) of crankcase pressure is connected to casing (144). Suction path (69), (82) connects crank case (144) with suction hole (67) of ejector (22). Bypass channel (83) of ejector (22) couples crankcase (144) with compressor inlet (94). Ejector bypass channel (83) bypasses ejector (22) and is connected to suction path (69), (82) at connection point located upstream relative to suction hole (67) of ejector (22). Electronically controlled valve (280) is installed in bypass channel (83) of ejector. Gas turbine (92) is installed in engine outlet channel (58). Bypass tube (90) is installed bypassing gas turbine (92). Supercharging pressure regulator (98) is installed in bypass tube (90). Computer-readable instructions of controller (12), stored in long-term memory, are intended in conditions of operation with supercharging, to provide possibility of supply of negative pressure created by ejector (22) into crankcase (144), retraction of crankcase gases into ejector (22) and depressurisation in crankcase (144). In response to detection of plugging of ejector (22) controller (12) provides opening of electronically controlled valve (280) installed in bypass channel (83) of ejector, to direct the crankcase gases through bypass channel (83) of the ejector to the inlet of compressor (94) and to relieve pressure in crankcase (144), and to regulate the supercharging pressure controller (98) to reduce supercharging in engine (10).
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of excessively high pressure in crankcase.
