FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment and can be used for aiming inclined launchers of cruise missiles arranged on surface and underwater carriers. Method is based on use of results of previous measurements at manufacturing plant of inertial unit of cruise missile (IU of CM) inclination (parameter αXM) and heading (parameter αYM) relative to external elements of CM, as well as in the process of regular maintenance checks between the IU of CM and the carrier navigation system (CNS) by inclination (parameter αXSYS). Essence of the proposed method consists in the possibility of determining the inclination of the docking assembly of the launcher taking into account previously measured parameters αYM, αXM, αXSYS for subsequent calculation of heading correction to position of inertial rocket unit relative to navigation system of sea carrier.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining the initial azimuth angle of the missile, excluding performance of step-by-step control, using special measuring means and, if necessary, eliminating errors caused by deformation of the ship on the mutual position of the IU of CM and the CNS by performing repeated electrical verification.
