SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating caterpillar chassis containing onboard hydrodynamic grids. Floating caterpillar chassis with front location of drive wheels comprises onboard hydrodynamic grids consisting of a set of identical vertical V-shaped blades. In the front part of the hydrodynamic grids water-jet propellers of screw type are installed, they are driven through rubber tires. Water-jet propellers are equipped with mechanisms of their transfer from working position to transport position.
EFFECT: enabling expansion of operational capabilities.
