LOADING AND UNLOADING PLANT FOR PASSENGER CARS EVACUATION WITH SIDE GRIP Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B60P3/12 B66F9/14 

FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: loading-unloading plant relates to hoisting and transport equipment and can be used for evacuation of passenger cars by side grip from any side along evacuation movement. Loading and unloading plant (3) is rigidly fixed on frame (1) and comprises a system of horizontal transverse movement (4) and a cantilever vertical movement system (11), having the possibility of corresponding displacement relative to frame (1). System (4) consists of shaped vertical columns (5) with telescopic hydraulic cylinder. Columns (5) are located on carriage (7) moving on base (8), made with slots, which are conjugated with slots on frame (1). Base (8) contains guides for carriage (7) with columns (5) and hydraulic cylinder movement along them. Columns (5) have the possibility of sliding on them of slides, coupled with the system of vertical movement. System of vertical displacement consists of shaped cantilevers: smaller, larger and central, as well as from fixed (16) and movable (19) gripping devices of fork type. Devices (16) and (19), each, contain: forks with retractable grips in the form of shaped beams for evacuated vehicle wheels. Device (16) is fixed on smaller cantilever. Device (19) can move along larger console.

EFFECT: technical solution makes it possible to create a new loading and unloading plant for evacuation of cars with the possibility of side grip from any side and operational loading and unloading, to ensure safety and efficiency of operations.
