FIELD: life-saving.
SUBSTANCE: multi-agent robotic search and rescue complex includes stationary semi-autonomous modules for servicing and ensuring operability of mobile autonomous modules of the complex - divisions of autonomous air and ground search and scouting modules, mobile evacuation modules of the complex, unloading medical transport evacuation capsules with the wounded/injured from the evacuation modules. The equipment of the evacuation modules includes lifting and loading systems with medical transport capsules and medical equipment for providing first aid to the wounded/injured while transporting from the danger area to the place of providing qualified medical care. The ground evacuation modules are aggregated on pseudo-uniaxial track chassis and equipped with a vehicle-carried lifting and loading apparatus in the form of a penetrator platform table with a medical transport capsule, or a removable elevator with foam supply apparatus and a system of telescopic lift rods with self-deploying perforated soft nozzles for supplying quick-setting foam into the gap between the body of the wounded/injured and the bed.
EFFECT: excluded fire damage to the personnel of search and rescue and sanitary divisions in the course of search and evacuation of the wounded, reduced time for delivery of the wounded/injured to the place of qualified medical care, improved efficiency of search and rescue operations without involving additional rescue personnel.
