FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing and can be used in tuning CNC machines for processing complex contours of part surfaces. Proposed method comprises measurement of surface contours of part by means of hardware measuring devices, on the basis of which parameters of displacement and turn of part are calculated and transmitted to CNC machine control system, and control program of part surfaces processing is corrected therein. At that, the part is fixed on the satellite table, and the measuring hardware is used as a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), satellite table is pre-installed on base station located on table of machine, determining position of base surfaces of table-satellite relative to coordinate system of machine (CSM), and said measurement of the surface contours of the part is carried out during installation of the satellite table with the part on the base station, located on the CMM table, wherein correction of processing control program in CNC machine is carried out taking into account said determined position of base surfaces of satellite table relative to CSM.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases accuracy of machining of part with complex contours of surfaces.
