FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for production of multilayer articles of flat and other forms in chemical and other industries by coextrusion. Extrusion head comprises detachable housing consisting of sections, in the center between two sections there is a recess for liquid circulation, note here that sections form two forming channels interconnected with feed channels. Said forming channels feature complex profile. Liquid circulation recess is of triangular cross-section, arranged in divider shaped to triangular prism, which outer faces are flat, and the vertex is located in the outlet window area, changing into the larger-size rectangular cross-section cavity, parallel longitudinal grooves are made on the surface of the outer upper flat face of the divider, the depth and width of which increase from the supply channels to the output opening, and on surface of outer lower flat face of divider there are parallel longitudinal ribs, height and depth of which increases from supply channels to outlet window, distance between longitudinal ribs and longitudinal grooves is equal.
EFFECT: preventing material shear in the transverse direction and distortion of the shape of the obtained article.
