FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for production of multilayer articles of flat and other shapes in chemical and other industries by coextrusion method. Co-extrusion head comprises split housing with two round-section inlet holes and rectangular-section outlet hole. Inside the housing there are channels for individual flow of materials, a cavity for combined movement of materials and a mandrel. On one of the side surfaces of the mandrel there is a protrusion, the height of which increases from the upper part to the lower part, and on the opposite side surface there is a recess, the depth of which increases from the upper part to the lower part. Split casing consists of a set of rectangular plates installed on each other, connected by bolts and nuts, in the central plate there is a through prismatic hole in which a mandrel is placed, and individual flow channels are located between the mandrel and inner surfaces of the prismatic hole. Mandrel with its upper part is fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate by means of a bolt, and the cavity of joint movement of materials is located in the lower plate.

EFFECT: proposed design of head for co-extrusion allows replacement of mandrel in order to change shape, size and number of reinforcing protrusions and recesses, as well as to change shape of channels of individual flow and size of cavity of combined movement of materials.
