FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in construction of horizontal production wells for operation of high-permeability formations with bottom water. According to the method, completion of the horizontal "end" of the well is performed in the interval of productive formation by the structure for the interval service. In order to achieve technical result horizontal borehole is separated by cementing borehole packer into parts – near, represented by string with the help of centralizers, and far section equipped with filter. Through the latter, after well development and start-up, formation is exploited to maximum watering of extracted product. Thereafter, any available colmatage composition – fluid is injected into the well. Blind plug-plug is installed in the interval of the buffer section between the spent and non-developed parts of the horizontal "end". Opening is performed by perforation of previously non-perforated part of the barrel in interval of the part of horizontal "end" close to the mouth before the buffer section to the blind packer-plug. Process of development and re-starting of the well are performed. At that, number of cycles or stages of perforation and insulation operations is selected at planning proceeding from length of horizontal part of well and development expediency.

EFFECT: increased completeness of oil extraction due to possibility of step-by-step change of intervals of productive formation operation in time and control of process of oil reserves development.
