FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, to contactless magnetic gearboxes, and can be used as a transmission device in mechanical systems with longer service life under impact loads. Bearing shields 2, 3 are installed on housing 1. Annular magnetic cores 10, 11 are installed on them. Shield 2 accommodates bearings 4, 5. Input shaft 8 rests on them. On it rotor-inducer disc 12 is fixed, on which permanent magnets 13 are installed, having the form of sectors and magnetized axially with alternating polarity. Stator discs 14 are arranged on housing 1. Shield 3 accommodates bearings 6, 7. Output shaft 9 rests on them. On it rotor bushing 15 is fixed, on which rotor disks 16 are installed. Stator discs 14 and rotor disks 16 are alternated in space. They have ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic elements in the form of sectors. Number of ferromagnetic elements of stator and rotor discs differs by one within one pole division. Due to separation of rotor-inductor into several annular strips, middle radii of which are referred to as integers equal to numbers of pairs of poles on these strips, and separating the stator and rotor discs into similar strips, all the strips of one disc have the same number of ferromagnetic sectors per pole division, and the radial size of the permanent magnets is equal to the width of one strip, a magnetic gear with a high torque is obtained.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the output torque.
