SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of industrial production of butadiene-isoprene copolymer rubber, having a trans-1,4-structure (TBIR), and to a plant for realizing said method. Method comprises pumping a predetermined amount of butadiene and isoprene into a polymerization reactor and carrying out bulk polymerization in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a TBIR polymer, TBIR rubber extruding, degassing, granulation and drying, and then packing the obtained TBIR rubber. Unreacted monomers are separated by a device for extraction and separation of unreacted monomers by separate separation. Unreacted monomers are then returned to the metered feed device or storage container. Production plant comprises extraction and cleaning unit, polymerization unit, post-processing unit and service unit.
EFFECT: production plant and method of producing polymerization in bulk for industrial production of rubber TBIR.
