FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an industrial polyisoprene synthesis method which is characterised by high content of trans-1,4-links. The said method employs block precipitation polymerisation of isoprene, which is catalysed by a titanium catalyst TiCl4/MgCl2 deposited on a support, and involves pre-polymerisation, polymerisation, degassing and drying steps carried out in a pre-polymerisation reactor fitted with an anchor mixer, in a polymerisation reactor fitted with a mixer with belt-type helical blade, and in a vacuum scrapper drier.
EFFECT: improved method which is characterised by low power consumption and low production cost without emission of three types of wastes.
