SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method for calibrating a dispenser of a machine distributing a product comprises the following steps: operating the machine by moving the machine on the ground at the speed of the machine, wherein batcher is actuated with variable speed at first nominal speed of dispenser; change of nominal first speed of dispenser drive for change of product flow rate to second speed of dispenser, improving accuracy of at least one mass flow sensor from a plurality of mass flow sensors; during bringing of metering device with variable speed at second speed measurement of product flow through multiple passes for product passage; calculating the flow rate per revolution of the dispenser with variable speed; operation of batcher with variable speed at the third speed of the dispenser, determined from the calculated mass flow rate per revolution of the dispenser with variable speed and the machine speed to obtain the required flow rate per area covered by the machine distributing the product. Method is realized using a device having a reservoir configured to hold the dispensed product, dispenser unit for regulating the product outlet held by the reservoir, multiple passes for the product passage. Passages are configured to receive and direct the product downstream of the dispenser, having a variable speed drive as signalled from the controller. Device also has a plurality of mass flow sensors configured to measure the flow rate of the product through a plurality of passes for passage of the product. Each sensor of the plurality of mass flow sensors is configured to generate an output signal indicating the flow rate of the product. Controller is configured to control the speed of the dispenser drive with variable speed and change in the speed of the dispenser drive during the dispensing process from the setting of the nominal first speed to change the flow rate of the product to the second speed, at which accuracy of at least one mass flow sensor from plurality of mass flow sensors is increased. In the second embodiment, the device additionally has a control unit connected to the controller and receiving signals from the sensors.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase accuracy of product distribution.
