SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a polymer, use thereof as a dispersant for compositions of an inorganic binder, as well as a composition for use in construction in powder form. Said polymer is obtained by copolymerisation of monomers containing at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer (I), which contains at least one acid group, with general formula , in which R⁷ and R⁸ and B are hydrogen, M is hydrogen, single-, double- or trivalent metal cation, ammonium ion or organic amine radical, and is equal to 1/3, 1/2 or 1 and at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer (II) with general formula , in which U, X, W, R¹, R², p, k and n are given in cl. 1 of the claim, and at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer (III) having formula , in which U, X, W, R⁵, R⁶, p, k and m are specified in cl. 1.

EFFECT: said polymers enable to obtain dispersants having good properties relative to their measured endurance and reduction of cone precipitation, which easily turn into a powder form, as well as having good operational properties in powder form.
