FIELD: rocket equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control devices of aerodynamic surfaces of missile and can be used in similar conditions of operation units in machine building. Missile steering gear unit consists of aerodynamic surface installed in aerodynamic surface turning mechanism missile body. Rotating mechanism of aerodynamic surface is made in the form of shaft with conical groove, pivotally connected to two rings rigidly attached to each other and installed on housing with conical races, forming annular cavity with shaft groove. At the same time, one end of the shaft is rigidly connected to the aerodynamic surface, and the other one contains a lever pivotally connected to the steering unit fixed in the missile body. Inside the annular cavity there are uniformly circumferential conical rollers so that each next roller is located perpendicular to the previous one, and between the support elements there is a separator installed. Roller is a truncated cone, on the end of larger diameter of which there is a drum with uniformly arranged balls in it with the help of an axis with possibility of rotation. Balls interact with end surface of roller and with conical raceways. Side surface of the roller interacts with conical races on one of the rings on one side and with the shaft groove on the other side.
EFFECT: reduction of losses for friction in row of rollers.
