FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space technologies used in development of extraterrestrial (alien) medium. Space (mainly inhabited) station, which is placed in the shaded area of the crater near the Mercury pole, is heat-insulated with graphite material. Mercury graphite is collected to obtain said graphite and irradiated with neutrons, which significantly reduces its thermal conductivity (with simultaneous storage of internal energy).
EFFECT: high efficiency of providing thermal conditions for a space station in Mercury conditions.
