SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to an injection device for injecting a liquid medicinal product and containing: frame unit (110, 120) supporting the cartridge, which is installed in it without possibility of removal and having an internal chamber containing a liquid medicinal preparation to be injected, and a multiple-use needle cannula attached to the cartridge. Device also comprises a collecting cover of the needle, equipped with a cleaning chamber, in which there is an agent which cleans at least the distal tip of the needle cannula between successive injections. Needle collection cover is installed with the possibility to move along the axis in the proximal direction relative to the body unit from the first position to the second one as a result of rotation of at least one part. Distal tip of the needle cannula is located in the first position inside the cleaning chamber, where it is cleaned, and in the second position the distal tip of the needle cannula in order to balance pressure in the cartridge is located outside and distally in relation to the cleaning chamber.

EFFECT: disclosed is a medical injection device with a cleaning chamber.
