The unit comprising the medicinal preparation comprises a needle cannula having a side wall, at least one microhole in the side wall, a flexible membrane hermetically attached to an inner surface of the needle cannula. The flexible membrane comprises a second medicinal preparation between the flexible membrane and a segment of the side wall having the above at least one microhole.
