SUBSTANCE: device comprises: a rigid outer container; a compressible container for receiving a liquid medicament therein located within a rigid outer container and having a proximal end and a distal end; opening closure member connected to the compressible container distal end to hold the liquid medicament within the compressible container; injection means connected to an opening closure member for delivering a liquid medication from a compressible container, and pressurizing means disposed within the rigid outer container and providing a force acting on the compressible container proximal end and pushing the compressible container proximal end towards the compressible container distal end, which results in exerting pressure on the liquid medication contained in the compressible container in such a way that it is possible to maintain the liquid medication under pressure during storage and delivering the liquid medication through the injection means after opening of the opening closure member. At that, the automatic injection device further comprises: elongated indicating element disposed at least partially within the rigid outer container and configured to move longitudinally to the compressible container distal end after opening of the opening closure member. At that, before the injection, the elongated indicating element end protrudes beyond the rigid outer container proximal end. At that, movement of the elongated indicating element in the longitudinal direction results in a visual, acoustic and / or tactile response signals, which inform the automatic injection device user of the injection process progress degree after its initiation.
