FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for teeth whitening, clarifying a coffee spot on teeth, clarifying a tea spot on teeth, clarifying a wine spot on teeth. Teeth whitening method involves using a teeth whitening agent in relation to the tooth and continuous irradiation of the tooth with light. Dental bleaching agent contains hydrogen peroxide in concentration ranging from 2 wt% to 10 wt% in terms of total weight of tooth whitening agent. Light continuously irradiating the tooth is generated by the light source during a radiation period of time. Light has a wavelength in range of 375 nm to 420 nm, and the light source emits light at radiation flux density in range of 0.3 mW/cm2 up to 8.1 mW/cm2. Teeth whitening method involves using a tooth whitening agent in relation to a tooth, irradiating the tooth with light and after a period of irradiation, terminating the irradiation of the tooth with light for a period of time providing recovery, thus completing the treatment cycle. Dental bleaching agent contains hydrogen peroxide in concentration ranging from 2 wt% to 10 wt% in terms of total weight of tooth whitening agent. Light continuously irradiating the tooth is generated by the light source during a radiation period of time. Light has a wavelength in range of 390 nm to 420 nm, and the irradiation time period ranges from 300 seconds to 1,800 seconds. Light source emits light at irradiation flux density lying in range of 0.3 mW/cm2 up to 8.1 mW/cm2 .Treatment cycle is repeated 3 to 8 times. Method of clarifying a coffee spot on teeth involves applying a hydrogen peroxide solution on a tooth and irradiating a coffee spot with light emitted from a light source. Light has a wavelength in range of 390 nm to 430 nm, and the light source emits light at radiation flux density in range of 3.0 mW/cm2 up to 8.1 mW/cm2. Method of clarifying a tea spot on teeth involves applying a hydrogen peroxide solution on a tooth and irradiating a tea spot with light emitted from a light source. Light has a wavelength in range of 390 nm to 430 nm, and the light source emits light at radiation flux density in range of 3.0 mW/cm2 up to 8.1 mW/cm2. Method of clarifying a wine spot on teeth involves applying a hydrogen peroxide solution onto a tooth and irradiating the wine spot with light emitted from the light source. Light has a wavelength in range of 390 nm to 450 nm, and the light source emits light at radiation flux density in range of 3.0 mW/cm2 up to 8.1 mW/cm2. Method of teeth whitening involves application of tooth whitening agent in relation to tooth, irradiation of tooth surface with light emitted from light source, and after expiration of irradiation period irradiation of surface of tooth with light for a period of time providing recovery, thus completing cycle of treatment. Dental bleaching agent contains hydrogen peroxide in concentration ranging from 2 wt% to 10 wt% in terms of total weight of tooth whitening agent. Light has a wavelength in range of 375 nm to 420 nm, and a radiation flux density at irradiation period of 300 seconds to 1,800 seconds. At that, radiation flux density is in range from 0.3 mW/cm2 up to 8.1 mW/cm2 .Treatment cycle is repeated 3 to 8 times. Light emitted from the light source is separated from the tooth surface by a distance lying in range from 0 mm to 12 mm.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides teeth whitening due to concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the bleaching agent, light parameters, which irradiate the tooth, exposure time of light to the tooth and distance between the light source and the tooth.
