FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to test equipment and can be used as part of dynamic test bench for helical compression springs. Proposed method comprises fitting tested spring on guide rod to make movable part of device for dynamic testing of helical compression springs to provide coupling of rear surface of tested spring and expansion of guide rod. Rod with tested spring is installed in guide bushing, which is fixed part of device for dynamic testing of helical compression springs, providing conjugation of front surface of tested spring and end of guide bushing, guide rod is brought into contact with loading element impact element, preliminary pressing height is set, device loading device is actuated and spring is tested. Method is implemented by respective device.
EFFECT: possibility of dynamic loading of the tested spring with a steep leading edge, possibility of controlling the test amplitude, controlling the law of change in the speed of movement of the movable part.
