FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for desalination of sea water using a reverse-osmosis filter. Reverse-osmosis desalination plant consists of coarse strainer (1), pre-filter (2) connected to suction branch pipe (3), suction branch pipe (3), which is connected to high-pressure pump, high-pressure pump (4), which creates working pressure in discharge line and reverse-osmosis filter more than 50 kg/cm2: blade, radial-piston, axial-piston, cam and other high pressure pumps made of corrosion-resistant steel (stainless steel) can be used, branch pipe (5) connecting high-pressure pump with check valve (12), to branch pipe (5) is connected branch pipe (6) to which crane (7) is connected, pressure gauge (8) is connected to crane (7), according to the pressure gauge readings pressure in the delivery line is adjusted, through which sea water or other water enters the reverse osmosis filter, after branch pipe (6) to branch pipe (5) is connected branch pipe (9), to which safety valve (10) is connected, which adjusts pressure in discharge line, through which sea water or other water is supplied to reverse-osmosis filter, connection pipe (11) is connected to the safety valve, which is connected to the drain point, branch pipe (13) is connected to back valve (12), to which a reverse-osmosis filter is connected, which consists of a pressure reducing valve (14), which maintains constant adjusted pressure after itself, to branch valve (15) connected, which connects pressure relief valve to reverse-osmosis filter (16), sealing ring (17), which is installed in cylindrical hole made in reverse osmosis filter housing, check screw (18), which is screwed on thread, which is made on the outer cylindrical surface of the reverse-osmosis filter body on the right side, filter plate (19), which is installed after sealing ring (17) in cylindrical hole, which is made in reverse osmosis filter body, sealing ring (17), which is installed after filtering plate into cylindrical hole made in reverse-osmosis filter housing, cover of reverse-osmosis filter (20), which is screwed on the thread, which is made on the outer cylindrical surface of the reverse-osmosis filter body on the right side and eliminates all gaps in the reverse-osmosis filter body, thereafter, counter (18) of twist-off, branch pipe (21) connected to the reverse-osmosis filter cover, water counter (22) is connected to branch pipe (21), which indicates the amount of leached desalted or desalinated water, when decreasing desalted or desalinated water flow, it is necessary to remove filtering plate and to clean it, remove failed filter plate and replace it with new one, to water meter (22) is connected branch pipe (23), through which desalted or desalinated water flows depending on which filtering plate for reverse osmosis or nanofiltration is installed in cylindrical hole, which is made in the reverse-osmosis filter housing, before the ferrule is turned to the reverse-osmosis filter housing, branch pipe (24) is connected, to which branch pipe (6) is connected with crane (7), to crane (7) pressure gauge (8) is connected to readings of which pressure in reverse osmosis filter is adjusted, overflow valve (25) is connected to branch pipe (24), overflow valve maintains constant tuned pressure up to itself, to overflow valve branch pipe (26) is connected, through which brine flows out of reverse-osmosis filter.
EFFECT: simplified design of desalination plant and increased service life of high-pressure pump.
