MOLDED ARTICLES PROCESSING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B29C33/36 B29C35/02

Abstract RU 2705970 C2

FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molded articles processing device. Technical result is achieved by device for treatment of molded articles with one processing section into which molded articles (1) are introduced for processing by means of drive device (2). At that, drive device (2) comprises power branch (3, 4) passing in direction of shaped products transportation. At that, power branch (3, 4), preferably two power branches (3, 4) are installed with the possibility of movement in the direction of transportation of molded articles (1). At that, fixing trunnions (5, 6) are arranged to be fixed on opposite ends of molded article (1). At that, one locking pin (5, 6) is connected to one power branch (3, 4), preferably two fixing trunnions (5, 6) are respectively connected to one power branch (3, 4), so that corresponding molded article (1) can move in transportation direction by means of movable power branch (3, 4) or by means of movable power branches (3, 4). At that, first power branch (3) contains multiple connecting elements (7) passing transversely to transportation direction, and first fixing trunnion (5) corresponding to said first power branch (3) is connected or can be connected to one connecting element (7) of said first power branch (3). Length L of one part of said connecting element (7), preferably all connecting elements (7) corresponds to at least 30 % of length lZ first fixing journal (5) section, and this section (8) of the journal passes between the molded article or the end of molded article (1) and the first power branch (3) facing the first power branch (3) and/or is at least 30 mm, preferably at least, 35 mm and especially preferably at least 50 mm. Device (10) is provided for bringing molded articles (1) into rotation around their longitudinal axis. At that, device (10) for rotation is made in the form of running branch (12) passing in transportation direction, wherein for rotation of molded article locking pin (5, 6) interacts with rotation branch (12). First fixing pin (5) is connected to connecting element (7) by means of connecting housing (14). Connection housing (14), in particular, adjoins one, preferably, two connecting elements (7). Connection housing (14) is made in the form of disc or plate-shaped connecting housing (14) and is installed with possibility of movement in longitudinal direction of the first fixing trunnion.

EFFECT: technical result is the simplification of the device and the ability to transport or process molded articles with different lengths.
