SUBSTANCE: method involves forming chocolate enclosures with thin walls by dosed supplying of liquid chocolate into cells of precooled molds; sucking chocolate in liquid state from central parts of cells. Apparatus has suction device operating in time with continuous progressive motion of molds during suction phase. Suction device performs combined motion including reciprocation and up and down displacement. Frozen confectionery product has molded chocolate enclosure or fat cover, mass of frozen mixture and baked product inside enclosure. Baked product is protected from penetration of moisture by glazing layer of fat mixture. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of product. 12 cl, 9 dwg
