FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used for development of low-power inclined cores of deposits of solid minerals of rock and semi-rock types. Method of development of low-power inclined cores involves development of a face with a milling device. Taking into account the power of the developed low-power inclined core, the milling device is equipped with paired disc mills of the appropriate size. After immersion of milling device into array for fixation of milling direction of low-power inclined conductor and autonomous independent step movement of milling device, extension of frame hydraulic supports and disconnection of milling device with telescopic boom. Cutting force is provided by power devices by extension of support sheets by value of stroke of paired disk cutters. Curvilinear casings provide shaping of milled rock direction of flow into suction zone of pneumatic conveying system and further accumulation of rock in bunker of plant.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of functionality, increase in productivity, reliability and expansion of technological efficiency of destruction of rocks of various fortress in constrained conditions, reduction of impoverishment, reduction of environmental load on environment in area of mining operations.
