FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of steeply dipping deposits of solid minerals, in particular rock and half-rock types. Method includes positioning the automated deep mining complex in relation to the face, bringing it into the working initial state by means of a mechanism for rotating the cantilever telescopic boom in the vertical plane with the main, intermediate and head sections taking into account the direction of the ore body. To intensify the process of cutting and activating pneumatic conveying, a pick-up and loading machine is equipped with a vibration unit, the vibration frequency of which is regulated depending on the physical and mechanical characteristics of the rocks and the cutting parameters of the bailer-loading organ. Drive of the pick-up and loading machine and the vibration unit are placed on the head section, and the telescopically flap nozzle is placed in the head section.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the productivity, reliability and increasing the technological efficiency of the rock failure of various degrees of strength in confined spaces by adjusting the cutting force in the development zone and by forming fracture zones in the surface layer of the treated ground, taking into account the strength characteristics of the rock, reducing the volume of overburden mining, reducing environmental impact in the area of mining.
