SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Primary chemical current source is a new class of energy-saturated non-rechargeable graphene-based current sources in a metal-oxidized carbon electrochemical system, where the current-generating component of the cathode is a nanostructure material based on graphene-like materials having high discharge capacity owing to the presence of different oxygen-containing functional groups, capable of forming irreversible compounds with ions of active material of anode (for example, lithium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium) during current-forming process (discharge).
EFFECT: higher power-capacitive characteristics of primary chemical current source.
