SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to non-porous auxetic structures consisting of one or more non-porous auxaline layers, and systems containing such structures intended for applications, including combustion chamber of gas turbine, heat exchanger element or boiler. In one aspect, an auxetic structure is described, comprising a first sheet on which there is a first plurality of structural elements and a second plurality of structural elements, wherein first plurality of structural elements protrudes from first sheet in form of bulges, and second plurality of structural elements protrudes from first sheet in form of concavities, wherein first plurality of structural elements and second plurality of structural elements are arranged in alternating relative position, wherein the first plurality of structural elements and the second plurality of structural elements are configured to provide a negative Poisson ratio, wherein first plurality of structural elements and second plurality of structural elements have zero porosity, which prevents leakage of liquids through multiple structural elements; and a second sheet that adjoins the first sheet to form a first inner cavity between the first and second sheets. In other aspects, one or more additional sheets can be used to produce a multilayer structure having auxetic properties.

EFFECT: invention provides creating an auxetic structure which provides a characteristic of a negative Poisson ratio.
