SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective layer of a multilayer heat-insulating panel for building structures, a multilayer heat-insulating panel containing such a layer and a method of producing a protective layer. Protective layer comprises reinforcing layer from glass fibre, which has first surface and opposite second surface, first layer of reinforcing layer coating, connected to first surface, and second layer of reinforcing layer coating, connected to second surface, wherein reinforcing layer is located between first and second layers of coating, wherein first coating layer comprises first mixture containing first organic binder and first type of inorganic mineral fillers, and the second coating layer contains a second mixture comprising a second organic binder, different from the first organic binder, and a second type of inorganic mineral fillers, different from the first type of inorganic mineral fillers.
EFFECT: invention provides improved adhesion properties between the surface of the reinforcing layer of the substrate and the corresponding surface of the insulating layer.
