SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a protective layer of an insulating construction panel. The panel contains a base layer made of heat-insulating material with the first surface and the opposite second surface, and at least one protective layer that is connected to the base layer along at least one of such surfaces. The protective layer consists of a reinforcing layer made of fibrous material and a layer of coating of the reinforcing layer. Fibrous material of the reinforcing layer is at least partially made of environmentally safe material, and the coating layer is made by applying at least one environmentally safe polymer to the reinforcing layer with its subsequent drying.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for an increase in the environmental safety of obtained products.
