FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing laminate composite materials, as well as to laminate composite materials obtained using said method, and to use thereof. Laminate composite materials of the present invention have a sandwich type construction and are based on halogenated polymers, in particular polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and comprise a first layer structure formed from a halogenated polymer and a second layer structure formed from a halogenated polymer, as well as at least one structure of a textile mat based on inorganic fibres, which is located between first and second layer structures, wherein the inorganic fibre based textile mat structure comprises high air permeability regions and low air permeability regions, by means of which these two layered structures formed from the halogenated polymer are monolithically joined together, wherein surface area of areas with high air permeability is between 5 % and 90 % of total surface area of structure of textile mat.
EFFECT: invention provides a continuous method of producing laminated composite materials and is particularly suitable for producing luxury tiles (LVT).
