SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical technology of preparing polymer materials and can be used in automotive industry and for house building. Device for preparation of a mixture of fast-polymerizing liquids in the manufacture of sheet products includes a jet-centrifugal device made with two oppositely located nozzles, guiding the liquid on rotating surrounding nozzles drums, which rotational axes are equidistant from the axis of rotation of jet-centrifugal device and located in perpendicular plane to it. Wetted surface of the drums is shaped to an inner surface of the toroid, which is made using a teflon coating. In the contact zone of the drums, one of their side planes is made with a diameter, the size of which is set taking into account the trajectory of drops and their location relative to the axis of the supplied liquid, determining the width of the non-wetted strip in the zone of the protruding annular edge of each drum, and after its rotation for half a turn, the formed jelly-like layer of polymerized liquid is discharged onto a conveying escalator line equipped with appropriate pressing equipment. Thickness of the obtained sheet depends on the diameter of the holes of the nozzles.
