FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in dosing the required number of flows with the required number of metering chambers to control the mixing ratio of the components of the mixture, which ensures that all components of the mixture do not come into contact with the atmosphere, and mixing components in the mixer. To control the speed and trajectory of the mixture jets, a jet-centrifugal device is used. The metering chambers are mounted on a mounting plate with the possibility of separately adjusting the amount of the metering gap of each chamber, taking into account the temperature dependence of the viscosity of the corresponding component. Compressibility of the components is achieved by the use of elastic vessels, hermetically connected to the inlet ports of the metering chambers. To clean the channels of the device at the end of operation, all the inlet pipes overlap with the connection of the wash liquid channel by turning the conical switch 1/4 turn mounted in the mounting plate under all the metering chambers. Then, the entire system is flushed with the next turn of the switch, opening the communication channels of the cameras with the atmosphere and completing the installation by switching it to the shutdown mode.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity due to reduction of the ratio correction time of components at change of the environment temperature.
