FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding fluid to a rotating calibrated hole through a filter mounted after the stuffing box. The device for the preparation of fine aerosols with the prevention of atomizers clogging contains a filter that cleans the fluid, fed from it through random sores, a stuffing box connecting the fixed part of the device with its rotating part containing the rotator. The device also comprises a collet connecting the rotator to the fluid feeding channel and a nozzle with calibrated hole at its end located at a distance from the axis of rotation and forming a jet that breaks into droplets. Filter is made of chemically resistant mesh with cell sizes less than the calibrated hole and positioned at an acute angle to the axis of rotating channel just before the collet, to seal the mesh, which is mounted in an oblique section of the tube. Slope of the tube cut relative to the rotation axis provides an increase in filter area without changing the channel diameter. The need to clean the filter is detected as a result of reduction in flow rate of fluid arising from the commensurability of filter uncoloured part with the area of the calibrated hole, and the cleaning of filter is ensured through the outlet by feeding return flow of fluid, purified from microparticles.
EFFECT: increasing the working life.
