SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to drilling of oil and gas wells, in particular, to equipment related to load and unloading of drill rod. Clamping and unscrewing device of core drilling rig is used for clamping and unscrewing of drilling rod and comprises upper clamping part, unscrewing part, mounting seat and lower clamping part. Top clamping part and lower clamping part are arranged longitudinally symmetrically and can move forward and backward in order to open and clamp the drill rod. Lower clamping part is mounted in mounting seat. Unscrewing part is mounted on installation seat. Upper clamping part is mounted with possibility of rotation in the unscrewing part for the drilling rod unscrewing. Operations of clamping and unscrewing of the drill rod are performed together, so that space is used effectively. Extraction and clamping of the drill rod are achieved by moving forward and backward, so that it is more favorable for use of the space of the upper clamping part and the lower clamping part.

EFFECT: proposed are clamping and unscrewing device of core drill rig and core drill unit.
