FIELD: information protection.
SUBSTANCE: method of providing cryptographic protection of information in a network information system, which comprises a distribution server, protected network devices (PND), wherein each PND includes a processing means, encrypt data, decrypt data, if necessary, in each PND using the processing means, data is encoded into the address of other PND using the application certificates of these PNDs, if in the received service pack, the root service certificate of the distribution means is specified as the issuer of the electronic signature key certificate and the electronic signature is correct, then decrypting the data from the update packet using the private key of the key pair for the PND service certificate and updating the data in each PND otherwise rejects the update packet.
EFFECT: technical result is wider range of means.
