SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cybersecurity. Implemented on the computer the user's device in the blocks chain communication network safety checking method, in the preparation for electronic transaction delivery in the blocks chain network including the device safety checking process implementation as part of transaction including performance of the device’s execution environment safety internal confirmation from the root of trust in the user's device and requesting the electronic signature, thus, applying the signature safety checking to the blocks chain transaction, wherein the signature safety check is based on the determining whether the device’s execution environment is in the known good state, at that, based on the signature safety, providing permission to continue the transaction or request the recovery authorized entity to check if the provided by user electronic transaction is allowed to continue, even if it is determined that the device’s execution environment is not in a known good state.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling of the transaction ledger safety.
