FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: method is realised on an automated system consisting of a server having software, at least one data input workstation and at least one expert workstation, connected over a network. The server forms on information display devices of these workstations different fields of dialogue windows for five steps - "Idea", "Evaluation", "Selection", "Determination", "Execution". For each step, corresponding data are input, said data undergo expert evaluation, as a result of comparison with a threshold value of which the next step is executed or said step is refined or the project is completed. The server stores information obtained from the workstations.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities and faster information processing.
