SUBSTANCE: deaerator comprises a steam line connected to a steam supply source, a steam discharge head connected to a steam line for releasing steam into the package bag and a heater supplying heat to the steam release head, wherein the steam release head has an inner periphery provided with a contact with the fluid medium with which the fluid is in contact, and a lower end with the outlet, and the contact with the fluid is inclined upwards. At the same time the deaerator contains multiple ledges of contact with fluid medium installed at different angles at sight in cross-section so that they cover essentially the half of round cross-section of the head, and combined so that its cross-section is blocked. According to the second embodiment, the protrusions have spiral shape. Invention also relates to a packaging machine comprising the deaerator embodiments described above.
