FIELD: packaging machines.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a packaging machine that fills a packaging bag with a product to be packaged, and to a method of welding in this packaging machine. The packaging machine is designed in such a way that the packaging bag is periodically moved to each packaging area along with the drive mechanism for packaging the product. The packaging machine contains a zone for preheating the welded section of the packaging bag after filling the packaging bag with the product and performing deaeration with steam, a decorative welding zone located after the preheating zone of the welded section designed to perform decorative welding on the packaging bag in the upper part of the said welded section. Also, the packaging machine contains an ultrasonic welding zone located after the decorative welding zone for performing ultrasonic welding on a packaging bag in the lower part of the said welded section.
EFFECT: ensuring reliable sealing of the packaging bag and an attractive appearance of the bag without the formation of large bubbles on the inner surface of the seal of the neck of the packaging bag and/or folds at the welded area.
