FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid compositions containing copolymers with small primary particles in loose form. Particulate solid composition at 20 °C as an impact modifier containing at least one copolymer based on at least the following comonomers from a) to d): a) from 30 to 85 wt. %, in terms of total amount of all comonomer units, conjugated diene, b) from 5 to 55 wt. %, in terms of total amount of all comonomer units, α,β-unsaturated nitrile, c) from 0.5 to 5 wt. %, in terms of total amount of all comonomer units of at least one polyfunctional (meth) acrylate from polyatomic alcohols with 2–10 carbon atoms, and d) from 1 to 10 wt. %, in terms of total amount of all comonomer units, of at least one functionalised comonomer selected from a group consisting of (meth)acrylates with hydroxyl functional groups, (meth)acrylamides, (meth)acrylic acid and their mixtures, which after spray drying have average diameter of primary particles of 5 to 500 nm, is characterized by that compositions have flowability according to standard ENDIN 6186: 1998 (diameter of funnel 15 mm) not more than 33 s. Disclosed also is a method of producing a composition in form of particles, use thereof, a composition of epoxy resin, a method for production thereof and use.
EFFECT: technical result is the obtained composition in form of particles has good quality, provides higher viscosity of destruction and impact viscosity in compositions.
