FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aluminum electrolytic cell with continuous anode in aluminum frame with built-in conductors. Electrolysis cell comprises cathode located under anode in aluminum frame. Anode aluminum frame accommodates carbon material and conductors, wherein aluminum frame wall thickness makes 0.1–5 cm, first retaining frame and second retaining frame are arranged around aluminum frame, and between first retaining frame and aluminum frame and between second retaining frame and aluminum frame, respectively, vertically installed guide bars of anode, near top parts of guide bars of anode is located and connected to them anode bus, around aluminum frame there is a mechanism for cleaning, punching and drawing.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and higher efficiency, stability and efficiency of the electrolysis cell.
