FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the wireless power transfer system comprises power transmitter (101) configured to supply wirelessly to the power supply receiver (103) through an inductive signal. Power transmitter (101) comprises variable resonance circuit for generation of inductive signal in response to excitation signal. Resonance circuit has a variable resonance frequency and comprises transmitter coil (121) configured to generate an inductive signal. Exciter (707) generates an excitation signal for the variable resonant circuit, and modulator (711) performs amplitude modulation of inductive signal by variation of variable resonant frequency in response to values of data for transmission to receiver (105) of supply. Receiver (105) comprises demodulator (1105) for demodulation of amplitude modulation of inductive signal and first power extractor (1113) to extract power from inductive signal and to supply at least part of power supply receiver. Inductive signal can be provided in addition to the main power transfer signal of a higher power level.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of wireless power transfer system.
